Our watches are crafted perfectly for you and it is important to us that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return or exchange?

  • Visit our returns center here: Return & Exchange Center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return for a refund or exchange
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if requested)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Please allow up to 5-10 business days from the day the item is delivered in our warehouse to be processed.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Warranty claim, replacement part, or customer service

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments in regards a warranty claim, replacement part, or general customer service issue, please send an e-mail to info@springbreakwatches.com with your name and concern in the subject line of the e-mail. We will review the e-mail within 24-48 hours to come up with the best solution for you.

24 Month Warranty

We stand by our watches' quality, so we offer a 24 month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects for up to two years after the original purchase date. If any parts of the watch or the mechanics do not work, we will repair or replace your product for free. This does not cover anything that may occur through normal use of the watch including, wear and tear, batteries, glass or strap damage, etc.
