Yes. We don't believe in gender norms and we want everyone to know and love our watches.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship everywhere in the world!
How long does it take to receive my order?
US - Expected delivery time once the package has been shipped is 2-3 business days. (Should not take more than 3 business days to ship)
Internationally - Expected delivery time once the package has been shipped is 8-14 business days, depending on location. (Should not take more than 3 business days to ship)
Are your watches waterproof?
No, our watches are water resistant which means that they are humidity-protected and can endure a bit of water splashes from washing your hands or being caught in the rain. However, water resistance does not mean you should swim or shower with your watch on.
How can I keep my watch clean?
To keep the crystal surface clean, you can use a rubbing alcohol soaked swab to give it a nice clear shine. To avoid leaving residue after drying, we do not recommend using any soap related products.
Are the wooden watch band links adjustable?
Yes, the wooden watch band links are adjustable. The links can be removed just like a regular metal linked watch. We recommend that you take your watch to a professional jeweler or watch repair shop to have the links removed. We don't encourage any of our customers to remove the links themselves. Contact us directly if you have any questions related to the links being removed.
Do you have a return/exchange policy?
Yes, you can find the SPGBK 'Why Worry?' Return Policy information here. We have a simple return policy. Send it back and we will take care of the rest.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we stand by our watches' quality, so we offer a 24 month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects for up to two years after the original purchase date. If any parts of the watch or the mechanics do not work, we will repair or replace your product for free. This does not cover anything that may occur through normal use of the watch including, wear and tear, batteries, glass or strap damage, etc.
