Customer Service

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments in regards to your purchase, please send an e-mail to info@springbreakwatches.com with your name and concern in the subject line of the e-mail. We will review the e-mail within 24 hours to come up with the best solution for you.

24 Month Warranty

We stand by our watches' quality, so we offer a 24 month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects for up to two years after the original purchase date. If any parts of the watch or the mechanics do not work, we will repair or replace your product for free. This does not cover anything that may occur through normal use of the watch including, wear and tear, batteries, glass or strap damage, etc.  

Shipping Info

Once we receive your order & payment is verified, it should not take more than 2-3 business days to process and ship your order (excluding weekends and national holidays). After processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number to your e-mail immediately with supporting details. SPGBK offers a standard USPS First Class shipping method.

  • US - Expected delivery time once the package has been shipped is 3-5 business days. (Should not take more than 2-3 business days to ship)
  • Internationally - Expected delivery time once the package has been shipped is 8-14 business days, depending on location. (Should not take more than 2-3 business days to ship)
