Our watches are crafted perfectly for you and it is important to us that your completely satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - FREE RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS
In the event that you need to return the watch, please follow the "How to Submit a Return Request" directions below. We will send you a new watch for free, refund your money back, or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
(Please note that we can only send you a new watch or issue a refund, if we receive the watch in the same condition as it was shipped. If the watch is damaged or needs repair, we will contact you directly for further instructions.)
How to Submit a return request
To start a return request, click the profile icon in the store's navigation & log into your account (click the icon symbol) or click here:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments in regards to your purchase, please send an e-mail to info@springbreakwatches.com with your name and concern in the subject line of the e-mail. We will review the e-mail within 24-48 hours to come up with the best solution for you.
24 Month Warranty
We stand by our watches' quality, so we offer a 24 month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects for up to two years after the original purchase date. If any parts of the watch or the mechanics do not work, we will repair or replace your product for free. This does not cover anything that may occur through normal use of the watch including, wear and tear, batteries, glass or strap damage, etc.
